Every figure shown in the App — monthly cost, yearly cost, cost over 1/5/10/20 years, amount saved through a reduction, simulated value of an invested saving — is the result of a simple mathematical formula applied to the data you enter.

The Real Work index is a simple arithmetic calculation made from the data you enter (monthly net income and hours worked per week). It is not financial advice, an assessment of your salary or a recommendation about your work or spending, and the result depends entirely on the data entered.
Impulse Pause gives you a moment of pause and a few reflection questions before a purchase. It does not tell you what to buy or not to buy and does not judge whether an expense is good or bad. The decision remains entirely yours.
In the Memory Graveyard, “The value of your choices” is the sum of the prices you noted yourself for things you chose not to buy. This value does not represent guaranteed savings, money earned, an investment return or a guaranteed financial benefit. The App does not verify whether you actually kept that money.
